Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on the viptk platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between viptk ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", or "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service, product, or feature offered via the viptk website and associated applications. By accessing or using the viptk platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the viptk platform. viptk reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account. Your continued use of the platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2Eligibility Requirements
To open and maintain an account on the viptk platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. viptk is strictly a platform for adults aged 21 and above.
- You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and non-human actors may not register player accounts.
- You must register using your own true identity and accurate personal information. Pseudonyms, false names, and third-party information are not permitted.
- You must not be a person who has previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the viptk platform for any reason.
- You must hold a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP verification and account security purposes.
3Account Registration and Security
Each player is entitled to maintain one (1) active account on the viptk platform at any given time. Maintaining multiple simultaneous accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.
Account Information Requirements
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS.
- A secure password meeting the platform's minimum complexity requirements.
- Accurate date of birth for age verification purposes.
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full at the point of registration.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. viptk will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials. You must:
- Never share your password with any third party, including family members or viptk support staff.
- Notify viptk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
- Log out of your account at the end of every session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the viptk platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods that are registered in their own name. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to applicable payment processor limits.
- Deposits are credited to your viptk wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are beyond viptk's control.
- viptk does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which viptk accepts no responsibility.
- viptk reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing a deposit of ৳50,000 or above in a single transaction.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or for accounts subject to enhanced verification.
- Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal request can be submitted for the corresponding bonus amount.
- viptk reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks, including identity verification, for withdrawal requests that meet certain risk thresholds. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
5Bonuses and Promotional Offers
viptk offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made of those funds. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific offer.
- Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the time frame stated in the specific offer terms.
- viptk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse or misuse.
- Players who are self-excluded are not eligible to receive or redeem any promotional offer during the self-exclusion period.
6Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games and sports betting markets available on the viptk platform are governed by the specific rules published for each game or market. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay outcomes. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products on the platform:
- All bets placed and confirmed are final. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation unless stated otherwise in specific game rules.
- viptk uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino games. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, by previous outcomes, or by the size of any bet placed.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's wallet. viptk will not pay out winnings for rounds affected by a confirmed technical fault.
- Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to placing a bet.
- Sports betting markets may be suspended or settled early in accordance with the specific rules of each market. viptk's decision on the settlement of all sports bets is final and binding.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viptk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in place of a human player.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or sports betting markets.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or suspected error are not valid and will be reversed.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime, fraud, or money laundering.
- Registering or operating more than one account, or registering on behalf of another individual.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.
viptk actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct and cooperates with law enforcement agencies where legally required. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct waive any right to appeal the forfeiture of balances or the closure of their account.
8Account Suspension and Closure
viptk may suspend or permanently close a player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- The player requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure through the responsible gaming tools or by contacting support.
- viptk is required to suspend the account under applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach is identified, any remaining balance will be paid out to the player's verified payment method after applicable checks.
9Responsible Gaming
viptk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all account holders to support healthy and controlled gambling behaviour:
- Deposit limits: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your viptk wallet.
- Session time reminders: receive an alert after a set number of hours of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
- Self-exclusion: temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or claim bonuses.

10Privacy and Data Protection
viptk collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage all players to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.
All financial transaction data is encrypted using SSL technology. viptk does not sell or share personal player data with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit player consent. Player data may be disclosed to third parties where required by law or by a lawful court order.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viptk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. viptk shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- Any losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
12Amendments to These Terms
viptk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, viptk will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.
If you do not accept any amended version of these Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Continued use of the viptk platform after an amendment constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
13Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the viptk platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute by good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration. All dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted in English. Players who have a complaint about any aspect of the viptk platform are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance, as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
